This opportunity has become available due to a staff member beginning long-term sickness leave, and the role is ideal for a graduate looking to build experience in education.You’ll work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to support pupils with SEMH and learning needs through 1:1 interventions, small groups, and classroom support. The role offers valuable exposure to safeguarding, SEND strategy, and evidence-based interventions.Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children or young people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for mental health, behaviour, and inclusive education
