What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants who:

• Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH or additional learning needs.

• Are committed to supporting students’ emotional and social development, as well as their academic progress.

• Demonstrate a positive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students with SEMH needs.

• Can assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons while maintaining a supportive and calm classroom environment.

• Are confident in providing one-to-one or small group support for students with varying levels of need.

We welcome applications from candidates who are available for at least two days per week and are keen to support students across a range of subjects and age groups.
