English Cover Supervisor – ASAP Start – Good Ofsted Secondary School

Role Title: Cover Supervisor (English) Daily Rate: £95 to £110 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Long-term

A Good-rated North Manchester secondary school is looking for an English Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. You will be leading pre-planned English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that students remain focused and on task during the absence of the regular teacher.

This role has become available due to long-term sickness, and the school is seeking someone who can confidently manage classroom behaviour and deliver engaging lessons to students.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in English, Literature, or a related subject (preferred)

• Experience supervising classes or working with secondary school students

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to adapt to different year groups and lesson plans

• Availability to start immediately and complete onboarding quickly
